RMB, and has over 1900 employees. The group has Jiangsu Yangli
Metal-forming Machine Tools Co.,Ltd. (former the Yangzhou
No.2 Metal-Forming Factory) as its mother company with 5 subsidiaries
under its control. They are Jiangsu Fuli Metal-forming Co.,Ltd.
Jiangsu Guoli Metal-forming Machine Tools Co.,Ltd, Jiangsu
Yangli Jiancheng Metal-forming Machine Tools Co.,Ltd, Jiangsu
Yangli Casting Co.,Ltd and Jiangsu Yangli Dies Co.,Ltd.
The group is engaged in the development, production and selling
of panel processing machinery. It boasts strong technical
capacities and advanced production equipment. Its major products
included J21, J21S, JE21, JL21, JFC21, J23, JC31, JD36 and
JG75 press machine. They are general, medium and high-rank
machines in over 10 series made up of over 300 specific items.
Its products also included YLK automatic production li
ne
for fin punching, QC12Y series hydraulic pendulum-type plate
shearing machine, and WC67Y series hydraulic pendulum-type
plate shearing machine, electrical applications, meters and
instruments, medical apparatus, daily metallic tools ect.
And it has been sold in over 10 countries in Southeast Asia,
Europe and USA. In the last three years, the aggregate sales
value is the first in the country.
With the establishment of Yangli Sci-tech Industrial Park, the Group has appropriated over 300mu of land (20 hectares) I Hanjiang Industrial Park, spending money on building up Yangli Sci-tech Park. The group will gradually grow into the leading enterprise in the industry along the Changjiang River, becoming a shining star in the national machinery industry.
